RCPsych in Wales Summer School

The RCPsych Wales Summer School is an annual two-day event for students interested in a medical-related career to learn more about the field.

During these two days, students will have an insight into a variety of healthcare professions as well as the policy-making associated with them.

The Summer School is a great opportunity for students to explore the breadth of healthcare careers and gain more of an insight into what they may wish to study in the future.

The next Summer School will take place on 30 June and 1 July 2026.

We are now taking expressions of interest. Please complete the by Friday 15 May and we will be in touch with further information.

  • Day 2: This day is based around the Senedd, Cardiff Bay, where students will have the opportunity to tour the building, meet Senedd Members and learn about how healthcare professionals can shape policy and legislation.
