ACOMHS 'Navigating Change: Community Mental Health Team Transformation' Annual Forum 2023
The event included presentations around national progress on the transformation of CMHTs, working with primary care networks, the voluntary and community sector, transformation workstream projects e.g., the development of personal health budgets and an introduction the Safety Incident Response Accreditation Network (SIRAN). ACOMHS Improving Feedback Workshop 2023
The workshop included presentations on feedback systems and one to one conversations with patients and carers as a way to acquire a deeper understanding of their experiences. ACOMHS 'Transforming Community Mental Health Services' Annual Forum 2022
The day included presentations on the use of AI in the diagnosis of ADHD, challenges and solutions around the transformation of services, relational ways of working, the peer coaching process and cost-effective treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorders.
