Poster competition
As part of the Eastern Division Spring Conference 2026, we are pleased to run a poster competition. Further details to be announced shortly.
Parking at the venue
When visiting by car, the hotel is located 15 minutes from the M11 and about 20 minutes away from the A14.
While Clayton Hotel Cambridge does not have private car parking, there are a range of parking options in the immediate vicinity including over 200 spaces at the station car park, just a 1-minute walk away from the hotel. Please visit for further information.

Event registrations are confirmed when payment is received in full.
Joining instructions are sent approximately one week in advance.

- Email your voucher and we will contact you if additional payment is required
